Federal Recovery Act Resources

On February 19th, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Also referred to as the Recovery Act or the Federal Stimulus Package, this Act made research and development funding available to universities outside of the standard Federal appropriations processes. All Federal agencies are expected to post plans for allocating this funding, but this site is intended to provide a centralized list of resources. As additional information becomes available, ORSP will update this page.
